Circumstances:
After landing on the Stora Värtan off Hägernäs, the single engine aircraft caught fire, came to a halt and was partially destroyed by fire. There was no injuries. It is believed the engine caught fire following a carburetor issue.

Circumstances:
The crew (two pilots and two engineers) were involved in a local test flight following engine maintenance and modification. Shortly after takeoff from Malmen AFB, while climbing, the engine number one caught fire. Both engineers were able to bail out and were found alive while both pilots were killed when the aircraft crashed in a huge explosion in Slaka Kyrka, about 4 km south of the airbase.
Probable cause:
Loss of control during initial climb following fire on engine number one.

Circumstances:
The crew completed a newspaper delivery flight from Bromma to Sundsvall Airport and was ready to fly back to Stockholm. After takeoff from runway 34, while climbing, the twin engine continued easterly then lost height and crashed in a wooded area located 1,750 meters from the control tower. The aircraft was destroyed, a pilot was seriously injured and the second crew member was killed.
Probable cause:
The accident was caused by an excessive climbing angle and stall with accompanying loss of altitude. The excessive climbing angle and the stall were caused partly by the fact that flight could not be maintained owing to the engine failure and partly by the fact that the aircraft's flying qualities had deteriorated as a result of snow and ice on the aircraft. Investigations also determined that the failure of the left engine during initial climb was caused by a broken intake valve.

Circumstances:
While flying at a height of 150 meters, the engine failed. The pilot was able to restart it but the aircraft lost height, contacted trees and crashed in a wooded area located in Sikmarö. The aircraft was destroyed while all four occupants were injured.

Probable cause:
It was determined that the engine failure was caused by a fuel exhaustion because the fuel selector was connected to an empty fuel tank. At the time of the accident, sufficient fuel remained in an other fuel tank but for unknown reason, the pilot forgot to change the fuel selector in due time.

Shortly after takeoff from runway 30, while climbing to a height of 100 feet, the twin engine aircraft banked left and stalled, causing the left wing to hit the ground. The airplane went out of control and crashed in flames near a wooded area located 100 meters farther. While all three passengers were injured, the pilot Knut Gunnerfeldt was killed.

The accident was the result of a wrong position of the flaps during the takeoff procedure.
