Circumstances:
The airplane departed Venezuela on a flight to Honduras, carrying an unknown number of people. According to local Authorities, the flight was illegal and the crew did not receive any authorization to enter the Honduran airspace. The airplane was probably engaged in an illegal flight and is believed to have crashed while the crew attempted to land in shallow water of a swampy area located in the Warunta River. The airplane was destroyed and nobody was found on site. Honduras State Police also reported that no drugs was found in the airplane. Circumstances:
The crew was completing an illegal flight when the aircraft crashed under unknown circumstances in the Sierra del Lacandón National Park. Upon impact, the aircraft lost its both wings and came to rest with its tail separated. All three occupants were found alive but seriously injured. One of them died from his injuries few hours later. The registration N326TD was probably false.

Circumstances:
After flying over the Yucantan Province and the Cayman Islands, the aircraft entered the Venezuelan Airspace without permission. It was pursued by F-16 fighters over the Lake of Maracaibo until it crashed in unknown circumstances in the Jesús María Semprún municipality. There was no fire and no casualties apparently. The aircraft was destroyed.

In unclear circumstances, the aircraft struck trees and crashed in a wooded area, bursting into flames. The aircraft was destroyed by a post crash fire and all four occupants were killed.

The airplane landed on an illegal airstrip, lost its nose gear and hit obstacles before coming to rest. No one was found on site. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
