Circumstances:
En route from Irkutsk to Krasnoyarsk, the crew encountered poor weather conditions with rain and thunderstorm. Approaching the village of Petropavlovka, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a marshy area. All three crew members were killed. The airplane was part of a group of six II-4 transferred to Krasnoyarsk. The wreckage was found in 2012.
