On final approach to Raleigh-Durham Airport, while on a positioning flight from Wilmington-New Hanover Airport, the single engine airplane went out of control and crashed nearby the runway. Both occupants were quickly rescued and the airplane was damaged beyond repair. It was reported that the pilot was attempting a go around procedure when the accident occurred.

After landing on the airfield of Tchambogo located east of the village of Katchungu, the single engine airplane went out of control, hit a small house, lost its right wing and crashed, bursting into flames. The pilot was rescued and the captain was killed. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire.

Shortly after takeoff from Nassau-Lynden Pindling Airport Runway 14, while in initial climb, the twin engine airplane went out of control and crashed in a pond, bursting into flames. The pilot, sole on board, escaped uninjured while the airplane was destroyed.

After touchdown on runway 22 at Courchevel Altiport, the single engine airplane went out of control, veered to the left, lost its left wing and came to rest in the snow adjacent to the runway. Both pilots escaped with minor injuries. They just completed a positioning flight from Charleroi-Brussels South.

On final approach to Malakal Airport, the airplane was too low, causing both main landing gears to touch the ground about two metres short of runway 04 threshold. Upon impact, both landing gears sheared off and the airplane slid on its belly for few hundred metres before coming to rest in the middle of the runway. Both pilots escaped unharmed. According to locals, the airplane was en route from Juba to pick up returnees who had fled Sudan’s war from Malakal to Juba and had no passengers on board.

The airplane departed Grand Junction Airport at 1037LT on a positioning flight to Tacoma, carrying a crew of two. About 10 minutes later, it entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a uninhabited area located near the Bitter Creek River, eastern Utah, near the border with Colorado. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and the wreckage was found about 17 km west northwest from the Mack-Mesa Airport located in Colorado. Both occupants were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from Kampala-Kajjansi Airport, the crew encountered technical issues and elected to return for an emergency landing. Upon touchdown, the single engine airplane went out of control, lost its left wing and engine before coming to rest upside down in a grassy area. Both pilots were rescued, the copilot was slightly injured and the captain was seriously injured. The crew departed Kajjansi Airfield on a positioning flight to Mweya to pick up passengers to Entebbe.

The pilot departed Whitehorse-Erik Nielsen Airport Runway 32L on a positioning flight to Yellowknife. Shortly after takeoff, he declared an emergency and attempted to return. On short final, he lost control of the airplane that crashed within the airport boundary. The pilot was seriously injured and the airplane was destroyed.

The crew was completing a positioning flight from Nashville International Airport. After landing on runway 32 at Monmouth Airport, the crew started the braking procedure when the airplane deviated from the runway centerline to the left. It veered off runway to the left, crossed the parallel taxiway, lost its left main gain and nose gear and eventually came to rest perpendicular to the runway. Both pilots escaped uninjured. Referring to the photos, it appears that only the left reverser deployed.

Shortly after takeoff from Tapachula Airport Runway 05, while in initial climb, the pilot reported engine problems when control was lost. The aircraft crashed in a mango plantation. The aircraft was totally destroyed by impact forces and the pilot, sole on board, was killed.
