Crashed in unknown circumstances.

The crew departed Brussels on a cargo flight to Lympne. On approach, he encountered poor weather conditions with thunderstorm activity and strong winds. The airplane struck the roof of a house and crashed in a garden located by the church. Both crew members were slightly injured and the aircraft was destroyed.

The crew was performing a cargo flight from Paris to Cologne with an intermediate stop in Brussels. Few minutes after takeoff from Paris-Le Bourget Airport, the three engine aircraft went out of control and crashed in an open field located in Silly-le-Long, some 30 km northeast of Le Bourget Airport. Both crew members were killed.

En route, the right engine failed, forcing the crew to attempt an emergency landing. Upon touchdown, the left undercarriage was torn off and the airplane slid for few dozen metres before coming to rest. All occupants evacuated safely. The aircraft was dismantled and towed to the nearest airfield but was eventually considered as damaged beyond repair. This flight was an inaugural one.

The airplane crashed in unknown circumstances in Senlis while on a flight from Paris-Le Bourget to Brussels. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair and all occupants escaped uninjured.

The crew was performing a night training mission over the area of Beverlo, Limburg. En route, the pilot encountered poor visibility due to foggy conditions. While making a turn at low altitude, probably to establish a visual contact with the ground, the left wing hit the ground and the aircraft cartwheeled before coming to rest on its nose in a field. All eight occupants were injured, the pilot seriously. Unfortunately, the pilot, Adj Joseph Massaer, died from his injuries a day later at 2300LT.

On final approach to Dortmund Airport, the pilot encountered poor visibility due to foggy conditions. Too low, the airplane impacted a tree and crashed. Three occupants were injured while two others were killed.

The crew was performing a night mail flight from Brussels to Croydon and departed Brussels-Haren Airport at 2327LT. Some 15 minutes later, the crew encountered foggy conditions and decided to return to Brussels after he contacted his base. Apparently to maintain a visual contact with the ground, the pilot reduced his altitude when the right wing hit the ground. The aircraft crashed in a field and was destroyed. Both occupants were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from Croydon Airport, while climbing, the aircraft went out of control and crashed, bursting into flames. At the time of the accident, weather conditions were marginal with mist and rain, and the visibility was limited due to the night. It appears that a fire erupted in the cabin shortly after rotation but the cause of the fire was not defined.
