The airplane departed RAF Coningsby at 1910LT on September 18 to lay mines in the Privet area. It was hit by the German Flak at 800 feet off Gdańsk and set on fire. Put down in the sea, though the rear fuselage broke away and sank. The forward section remained afloat for 10 minutes, thus enabling the survivors to reach their dinghy. Two crew members were killed and five others became PoW.

Following an engine failure in flight, the pilot ditched the airplane some 5,5 km off Ustka. A crew was killed and three others were injured and rescued.

The airplane departed RAF Woodhall Spa at 1642LT on an operation to Gdańsk. Over the target area, it crashed in unknown circumstances in a wooded area located in the suburb of the city. All seven crew members were killed.

The crew was completing a local training exercise at Gdańsk-Langfuhr (Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz) Airport. After takeoff, the airplane suffered an engine failure and crashed. Two crew members were killed and a third was injured.

The floatplane was destroyed in an emergency landing some 50 km north of Rixhöft (Rozewie), Poland. There were no casualties.

The three engine airplane departed Gdańsk in the afternoon on a flight to Berlin, carrying one passenger and two crew members. En route, the fuselage suffered a structural failure. The pilot attempted an emergency landing when the airplane crashed in a field in Świdwin. All three occupants were injured and the aircraft named 'Schönberg' was destroyed.

The airplane departed Königsberg (now Kaliningrad) on a service to Berlin on behalf of the German Railway Company. While overflying Pommern at night, the crew encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The three engine airplane crashed in an open field located in Gross Rakitt, (now Rokity). All 10 occupants were killed.

The pilot, sole on board, departed Berlin-Staaken on a training flight. In unknown circumstances, the airplane crashed in Szadsko. The pilot was killed.

The pilot was performing a mail flight. On approach to Gdańsk, the aircraft crashed in unknown circumstances. The pilot Babekuhl was injured and the aircraft was destroyed. The exact date of the mishap remains unknown, somewhere in 1923.
