Crashed in unknown circumstances near Kirkenes, killing all four crew members.

The airplane suffered an engine failure and crashed at Lakselv-Banak Airport. All four crew members were killed.

The crew was returning to his base following an operation against Soviet ships when the airplane ran out of fuel. The crew abandoned the airplane and bailed out. All four crew members were uninjured and the airplane crash landed on Mt Gárdevárri.

The airplane departed Banak Airfield on an operation over Murmansk. Over the target area, it was hit by enemy fire but the crew was able to return to base. On final approach at night, the airplane impacted the ground and crashed. All four crew members were killed.

While returning to base following a maritime patrol flight, the crew encountered poor weather conditions with heavy snow falls. In limited visibility, the floatplane impacted the slope of a mountain located near Båtsfjord, bursting into flames. Two crew members were killed, two others were injured and a fifth escaped unhurt.

While on an operation between Petsamo and Kirkenes, the floatplane was shot down by a Hurricane and crashed near Kirkenes. All four crew members were killed.

Crashed in bad weather near Hasvik. All four crew members were injured.

For unknown reasons, the pilot was forced to make an emergency landing when the floatplane crashed into the sea off Vardø. There were no casualties.
