Circumstances:
The aircraft departed RAF Marham at 2335LT on May 15 on a bombing mission over Duisburg. While cruising at night, the bomber went out of control and crashed in a field located in Plainville. All five crew members were killed.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Évreux on a bombing mission over a German column moving from Cambrai to Bohain. The aircraft was hit by enemy fire and the crew was able to evacuate the area and to return to his base, but the aircraft crashed upon landing at Évreux Airbase. All three crew members were rescued, among them one was slightly injured.
