The airplane departed RAF Mount Farm at 1910LT on Operation 'Nickel' consisting of leaflets dropping. It crashed in unknown circumstances near Évreux. Five crew members were killed and a sixth became PoW.

The airplane departed RAF Wyton at 1345LT on a bombing mission near Évreux. It was shot down by the pilot of a Me.109 and crashed in Fresney. All three crew members were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Wattisham to destroy bridges over the Seine near Vernon. It crashed in unknown circumstances in Caugé, killing all three crew members.

The airplane departed RAF Bodney at 1700LT on a bombing mission. It was shot down by the pilot of a German fighter and crashed in Boulleville. All three crew members were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Wyton at 1130LT to combat operations over Northern France. En route, it collided with a second RAF Blenheim registered L9024. Two crew members on board L9024 bailed out and its pilot attempted an emergency landing when he lost control of the airplane that crashed in Freneuse-sur-Risle. The aircraft was destroyed and the pilot was killed. Both other crew members were uninjured. The Blenheim registered L8851 crashed in Pont-Audemer, killing its entire crew.
