Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in spraying mission in the region of Leipzig. While flying at low height, the pilot-in-command initiated a turn when the aircraft lost speed, stalled and crashed. The occupant's fate remains unknown.

Circumstances:
Few minutes after takeoff from Leipzig-Halle Airport, en route to Kraków, Poland, the pilot informed ATC about technical problems and was cleared to divert to Berlin-Schönefeld Airport. The airplane landed hard on runway 25L and after touchdown, was unable to stop within the remaining distance. It overran and came to rest. There were no casualties but the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
While approaching Leipzig-Halle Airport on a flight from Moscow, the crew encountered technical problems and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The aircraft came to rest in a field located few km from the airport and was damaged beyond repair. There were no casualties.

Circumstances:
While descending to Nuremberg Airport in foggy conditions, the three engine aircraft deviated from the approach path and was too low when it collided with trees and crashed in a wooded area located on Mt Moritzberg (603 metres high), some 15 km east of Nuremberg Airport. The Captain and three passenger were killed while 12 other occupants were injured. The aircraft named 'Hans Berr' was damaged beyond repair.

Too low approach in low visibility caused by poor weather conditions: fog and snow falls.
