Circumstances:
The crew departed Brandon Airport on a local routine training exercise. While cruising at low height, the airplane collided with a 10 foot hay stack and crashed in Newstead, some 32 km southwest of Brandon Airport. Both pilots, an instructor and a pupil, were killed.

The crew departed Calgary on a split instrument practice flight. The airplane was seen flying as low as 100 feet and then going to a height of 1,500 feet when it entered a spin and dove straight towards the ground, crashing 5 km northwest of High River. All three crew members were killed.

The pilot landed in a small field near Wawanesa to pick up a passenger, P/O Hemmons. On takeoff, the twin engine airplane impacted trees located on the windward side of the field, crashed and burned. All three occupants were killed.
