Circumstances:
While performing a training flight in the area of Soesterberg AFB, the aircraft suffered a double engine failure. The crew attempted to make an emergency landing when the aircraft crashed in a field and was destroyed. All three crew members were slightly injured.
Probable cause:
Dual engine failure apparently caused by a fuel exhaustion.

Circumstances:
Shortly after take off, while climbing, the pilot encountered engine problems and elected to return. On final, the airplane stalled and crashed 500 metres from the terrain, coming to rest upside down. All four occupants were injured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair. It departed Soesterberg on a flight to Twenthe (Enschede).
