Circumstances:
The airplane departed RAF Kirmington at 2049LT on April 28 on a mine laying operation. Passing over Denmark, it was shot down by the German Flak and crashed into the sea some 300 metres off Sædding, north of Esbjerg. Four crew members were killed and one became PoW.
