Circumstances:
The crew departed Dafoe AFB on a gunnery exercise. In unknown circumstances, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed at high speed in an open field located 6,5 km southeast of Quill Lake, bursting into flames. All four crew members were killed.

Probable cause:
The exact cause of the loss of control could not be determined. However, it is possible that pilots were attempting to exchange seats and before changes was completed, the aircraft rolled and neither of them were again able to get back to a position whence the controls could be adequately operated.

Circumstances:
The crew departed RCAF Station Dafoe on a scheduled gunnery exercise. For unknown reasons, the airplane dove into the ground at high speed, exploded on impact and disintegrated. All three crew members were killed.
