Circumstances:
The airplane departed Juana Díaz-Losey Field, Puerto Rico, on a flight to Waller AFB, Trinidad. Descending to the destination in limited visibility, it impacted the slope of a mountain located 8 km south of Grand Rivière. All three crew members were killed.
