Circumstances:
About three minutes after takeoff from Sogamoso-Alberto Lleras Camargo Airport, while climbing, the airplane stalled and crashed in a wasteland located 3 km from the airfield. A crew member survived while 17 other occupants were killed. The airplane was on a round trip from Sogamoso to Trinidad, Paz de Ariporo, Tablón de Tamará, Nunchía and return.

Circumstances:
While descending to San Borja Airport, the crew encountered poor weather conditions and did not realize his altitude was insufficient when the airplane struck a hill located near the Maniqui River, about 25 km south of the airfield. A crew member was killed while two other occupants were injured.

Circumstances:
The crew encountered technical problems en route from Cáceres to Principe da Beira. Following navigational errors, the airplane flew into the center of Bolivia and the pilot eventually decided to make an emergency landing. The aircraft belly landed in a marshy field located in the region of Trinidad. All four crew members were rescued by the crew of a Brazilian Air Force Catalina and the aircraft, damaged beyond repair, was abandoned in situ.

Navigational error.

The floatplane named 'Nicolás Suárez' departed Trinidad on a flight to Cobija with an intermediate stop in Guayaramerín. Approaching the destination, it crashed in unknown circumstances in the Mamoré River, near the pontoon. All four occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
The pilot, sole on board, departed Trinidad on a cargo flight to Santa Fe. En route, while cruising at an altitude of 800 feet, the engine failed. The pilot reduced his altitude and attempted an emergency landing in an open field. The airplane rolled for few dozen metres before coming to rest, bursting into flames. The pilot evacuated safely while the aircraft was destroyed by fire.
