The airplane departed RAF Waddington to lay mines in the Geraniums area. It crashed in unknown circumstances in Sassnitz, killing the entire crew.

Shortly after takeoff from Lärz-Müritz AFB, the airplane went out of control and crashed 2 km southwest of the airbase. Four crew members were killed and the air gunner survived.

The airplane departed RAF Wickenby at 1705LT on an operation to Berlin. It crashed in unknown circumstances in Ribnitz-Pütnitz. All seven crew members became PoW.

Upon landing at Ribnitz-Pütnitz Airfield, the airplane collided with a Luftwaffe Heinkel He.111E (s/n 1310). Both airplanes were destroyed and there were apparently no fatalities.

The airplane departed RAF Lakenheath at 1635LT to lay mines off Warnemünde. Approaching the target area, it was shot down by the German Flak and crashed, killing the entire crew.

The crew departed Rechlin Airfield on a training exercise. In flight, one of the engine caught fire. Control was lost and the airplane crashed into the Müritz Lake off Waren. Two crew members were killed and a third was injured.

The airplane departed RAF Syerston at 1805LT on an operation to Wismar. Over Rostock, it was shot down by the German Flak and crashed in Sildemow, about 5 km south southeast of Rostock. Six crew members were killed and a seventh became PoW.

The crew departed Neubrandenburg-Trollenhagen Airbase on a local training flight. Following engine problems, the pilot lost control of the airplane that crashed 3 km southwest of Neubrandenburg, bursting into flames. All four crew members were killed.
