Circumstances:
The airplane departed Asansol Airfield on an operation to Akyab. Over the target area, it was badly shot about by a Japanese fighter. Nevertheless, the crew was able to leave the combat area and to divert to Chittagong Airport where the airplane crashed upon landing and was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in a mission consisting to dispatch leaflets over Mandalay. Once this mission was completed, the crew flew to Jessore to refuel. After landing, the airplane ran into soft patch, veered off runway and came to rest against a heap of bricks. All three crew members escaped uninjured.
