Circumstances:
While taking off from Ovalle-El Tuqui Airport, the airplane suffered an engine failure and crashed, bursting into flames. Three crew members were seriously injured and the mechanic was killed. The airplane was en route to El Bosque AFB in Santiago de Chile.
