Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from RAF Harlaxton, the twin engine airplane lost height, impacted the ground and crashed into a hedge. The airplane was damaged beyond repair and both crew members were injured.

Shortly after a night takeoff from Cambridge Airport, while in initial climb, one of the engine failed. The pilot attempted to make an emergency landing but the aircraft hit a tree and crashed onto a house. The pilot was killed while there were no casualties on the ground.

The pilot was engaged in a solo training flight. While cruising in a snowstorm, he lost his bearings and attempted to ascertain his location when the airplane hit a tree and crashed in a field located in Leadenham, bursting into flames. The airplane was destroyed and the pilot was killed.

In unclear circumstances, while at a height of 100 feet, it collided with a second RNZAF Airspeed AS.10 Oxford. Registered NZ1324, it was carrying a crew of two also engaged in a local training exercise. Following the collision, NZ1286 crash landed and was damaged beyond repair. Its pilot escaped with minor injuries. Unfortunately, NZ1324 crashed and was destroyed, killing its both crew members.

Circumstances:
The crew departed Liverpool-Speke Airport on a flight to RAF Langford Lodge after radio equipment have been delivered in Liverpool. After takeoff, the pilot followed the River Mersey to avoid the Liverpool defenses and was cruising at an altitude of 800 feet due to low clouds. Shortly later, to clear barrage balloon, he climbed and entered clouds when the airplane impacted the slope of Mt Fron Hen located in the Clwydian Mountain Range.

The accident was caused by the structural failure of a wing in flight. This was caused by faulty maneuvers (aerobatic) on part of the crew who positioned the aircraft in a wrong attitude, causing the forces to exceed the design of the wing that failed.
