The crew was completing a turn to join the runway when the aircraft stalled and crashed in Gabode, near the airport. All six occupants were injured and the aircraft was destroyed.
Probable cause:
Loss of control on approach following an engine failure.

Circumstances:
On approach to Heliopolis, the airplane suffered an engine failure. The crew attempted an emergency landing when the airplane crashed. There were no casualties but two crew members were seriously injured. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
While cruising in bad weather conditions, the aircraft impacte the slope of a mountain shrouded in clouds and located near Winklern. A crew member was seriously injured while four other occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
Controlled flight into terrain. It it believed that the aircraft drifted off course due to strong winds, and the crew was unable to the faulty heading due to poor visibility.

Circumstances:
The three engine float plane departed Cagliari in the early morning and continued its route along the east coast of Sardinia. While overflying over the Tyrrhenian Sea, the aircraft entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed. The crew did not send any mayday message. Debris were found floating on water some 145 km east of Olbia and none of the 20 occupants survived the crash.

En route from Tirana to Rome, the crew encountered poor weather conditions. Too low, the airplane impacted the slope of a mountain located in Maranela, northeast of Formia. The aircraft disintegrated on impact and all 19 occupants were killed.

The crew was performing a local training flight out from Venice-Lido Airport. While flying at full power, the pilot-in-command lost control of the airplane that stalled and crashed into the sea off the Lido coast. Both crewmen were injured and the aircraft sank.

The float plane departed Cadiz on a flight to Rome with intermediate stops in Pollença (Balearic Islands) and Alghero, Sardinia, carrying 10 passengers and four crew members. It took off from Pollença around noon. At 1430LT, while cruising over the Mediterranean Sea, the radio operator reported his position and informed ground he was encountering very bad weather conditions with storms. This was the last transmission received from the crew. As the airplane failed to arrive in Alghero, SAR operations were initiated but eventually suspended few days later as no trace of the aircraft nor the 14 occupants was ever found.

The pilot, sole on board, was completing a positioning flight from Milan to Croydon. In unknown circumstances, the twin engine airplane crashed upon landing at Paris-Le Bourget Airport. The pilot escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
On approach to Benghazi, one of the three engines exploded. The pilot decided to hurry the descent when the float plane hit the mast of a boat and crashed in a huge explosion into the bay off Benghazi. The radio navigator was seriously injured and all nine others occupants were killed. The airplane was en route to Rome with the mail from the Italian troops based in Ethiopia.
