Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from Coron-Francisco B. Reyes Airport Runway 08, while in initial climb, the twin engine airplane went out of control and crashed in a wooded area, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed and both pilots were killed. The airplane was en route to Sangley Point Airport, Cavite, carrying 63 boxes of live fish.
