Circumstances:
The crew departed Radom AFB on a local training flight. While cruising at night in limited visibility due to marginal weather conditions, the airplane contacted trees and crashed about 9 km north of Radom, bursting into flames. Four crew members were killed and three others were injured. At the time of the accident, the crew was on a blind flying course.

Circumstances:
The crew was performing a local training flight at Radom AFB. While circling in the vicinity of the airfield, the airplane suffered a left engine failure, went out of control and crashed in Słupica, some 13 km east of the airbase. Six crew members were killed and one was injured.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Radom AFB on a training flight on behalf of the 7th Blind Flying School. While flying in poor weather conditions, the airplane crashed in unknown circumstances in Bieliny, about 63 km south southwest of Radom AFB. The airplane was destroyed and all seven crew members were killed. At the time of the accident, the sky was completely covered by clouds (10/10) with a cloud base at 100-300 metres above ground.
