Circumstances:
The airplane departed Kolberg AFB (Kołobrzeg) on a local training exercise. While cruising in the vicinity of the airbase, it crashed in unknown circumstances in Ustronie Morskie, 4 km northeast of the airfield. All three crew members were killed.
