Circumstances:
Following an uneventful flight from Königsberg with an intermediate stop in Ganzig, the airplane was approaching Berlin-Staaken Airport when it crashed in unknown circumstances. A passenger was injured and all three other occupants were killed. The aircraft named 'Flensburg' was destroyed.
