Circumstances:
An instructor and one female student pilot departed Bandung on a local training flight. En route, the airplane collided with high tension wires and crashed in Lembang, about 10 km northeast of the airfield. The instructor H. C. Keim was slightly injured while the student pilot, Mrs. Van Lierop, was killed.

Circumstances:
While descending to Bandung, the aircraft suffered an engine failure. The pilot attempted an emergency landing when the aircraft crashed in a dense wooded area located in Lembang, north of Bandung. The aircraft was destroyed and the pilot was injured.
Probable cause:
Engine failure in flight.
