Circumstances:
During the takeoff roll, a tyre burst, causing the undercarriage to collapse. The airplane skidded on runway before coming to rest. All five crewmen escaped unhurt while the airplane was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
Loss of control during takeoff after a tyre burst.
