Circumstances:
The pilot, sole on board, was performing a test flight in Ottawa. In flight, both wings failed, detached and crashed in a street in Dunrobin, west of Ottawa. Out of control, the airplane dove into the ground and crashed in a wooded area. The pilot was killed.
