Circumstances:

Twelve minutes after its departure from Broomfield-Jeffco airport, while cruising at 7,800 feet, the twin engine aircraft collided with a Cessna 172 registered N52241 with 3 people on board. Both aircraft dove into the ground and crashed in Highland, Denver. All aboard both aircraft died. NTSB said that both aircraft were flying in a type E airspace which is not controlled. Few seconds before collision, controller told the pilot of the twin engine that another aircraft was approaching but they did not respond to this message.
