Circumstances:
A fuel line broke in flight and the pilot was forced to make an emergency landing in an open field. On landing, aircraft crashed, overturned and came to rest in flames as a fuel tank exploded. While the pilot was injured, all three passengers were killed. Aircraft was christened 'Rheinland'.
