Circumstances:
The aircraft was flying from Bagram AFB to Farah with a crew of 3 and also 3 military personel on board. While flying at 16,600 feet, the aircraft struck the side of a mountain in the Kuh-e-Baba ridge, in the Bamiyan province. Nobody survived. The aircraft was chartered by the United Stated Department of Defence. The accident was caused by CFIT.
