Circumstances:
Approach seems to be performed in stormy weather. Aircraft landed hard and bounced three times according to passengers. On third touch down, right wing and right landing were sheared off. Aircraft veered off runway to the left and came to rest in a grassy area. All 21 occupants were uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
Descending to 3,500 feet at 20 miles from its destination, the pilot feathered the right propeller after some oil and part came away from right engine. With a rate of descent of 200 to 300 feet per minute, the aircraft impacted the water five miles off shore. Seven pax and the pilot were rescued 2 hours later by the crew of a US Coast Guard helicopter. Two passenger were drowned when the aircraft sunk by 15 to 30 feet of water.

Circumstances:
During initial climb at Treasure Cay Airport, one of the engine failed. Unable to maintain a positive rate of climb, the airplane struck trees and lost height. The pilot decided to ditch the airplane into the sea, less than two km northeast of the airfield. The pilot was slightly injured and the airplane was lost.
Probable cause:
Engine failure during initial climb and subsequent ditching for undetermined reasons. The following contributing factors were reported:
- Failed to follow approved procedures,
- Improper emergency procedures,
- Complete engine failure,
- Hit trees near runway after engine failure.
