The single engine airplane departed Reno-Tahoe Airport Runway 16L at 2058LT on an ambulance flight to Salt Lake City, carrying four passengers and one pilot. During initial climb, the pilot made two successive turns to the left according to the procedure then continued to the northeast. At 2113LT, at an altitude of 19,400 feet and at a speed of 191 knots, the airplane initiated a right turn then entered a spiraled descent and crashed one minute later in a snow covered prairie located southwest of Stagecoach. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and all five occupants were killed, a pilot, a flight nurse, a flight paramedic, a patient and a patient’s family member.

On a cargo flight from Montevideo to Buenos Aires, while cruising at night over the Río de la Plata, the crew encountered engine problems and decided to divert to La Plata Airport located in the Buenos Aires Province. On approach, the crew was forced to attempt an emergency landing when the airplane impacted trees and crashed on a small road located about 5 km northeast of runway 20 threshold, bursting into flames. Both pilots escaped uninjured while the airplane was totally destroyed by a post crash fire.

The pilot encountered an unexpected situation and elected to make an emergency landing in an open muddy field. He lowered the landing gear and upon touchdown, the airplane overturned and came to rest upside down. All five occupants were rescued and the airplane was destroyed.

The airplane suffered an engine failure in flight and the pilot attempted an emergency landing. The airplane crash landed, lost its undercarriage and came to rest with its left wing and fuselage bent. Both occupants were injured.

The single engine airplane departed Giramben Airstrip on a taxi flight to Simbai with three passengers and one pilot on board. Shortly after takeoff, while climbing in heavy rain falls, it crashed near Kudjip, about seven km southeast of the airfield. The airplane broke in two and all four occupants were injured.

The airplane departed Busselton-Margaret River Airport at 1532LT on a fire fighting mission under callsign Bomber 139 (B139). Following a flight at FL290, the crew descended to the Fitzgerald River National Park and completed a circuit over the area. After the retardants were dropped, the crew elected to gain height when the airplane crashed in a wooded area, bursting into flames. Both pilots evacuated with minor injuries and the airplane was destroyed by fire.

After liftoff from Nasir Airfield, the single engine airplane encountered difficulties to gain height. It rolled to the right, impacted terrain and crashed in an open field, bursting into flames. All occupants evacuated but an elderly passenger later died from injuries sustained. The airplane was totally destroyed by a post crash fire.

The pilot departed Tampa Executive Airport at 1550LT on a cargo flight to Birmingham, Alabama. About two hours and a half into the flight, while approaching Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport from the southeast at an altitude of 5,800 feet, the pilot initiated a 180 turn in an apparent attempt to divert to Sylacauga Airport. Shortly later, the twin engine airplane impacted the ground and crashed into trees some 5 km north of Sylacauga Airport which is located 60 km southeast of Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport. The pilot was transported to local hospital but seems to be uninjured.

The single engine airplane departed Ust-Kara on a schedule service to Naryan-Mar with an intermediate stop in Karatayka, carrying 10 passengers and two crews. Approaching Karatayka, the crew encountered marginal weather conditions and decided to divert to Varandey. Few minutes later, while flying in a 200-300 metres visibility, the airplane descended and crashed in a snow covered area located some 10 km northwest of Karatayka. A passenger and the captain were killed while 10 other occupants were injured. Shortly before the accident, the crew reported severe icing conditions.

The crew departed Celaya-Capitán Rogelio Castillo Airport in the early afternoon on a positioning flight to Saltillo. Contact was lost while the airplane was flying at FL260. It entered an uncontrolled descent and apparently disintegrated in a uninhabited area located near Venado. Both occupants were killed.
