Circumstances:
Three minutes after takeoff from Rio de Janeiro-Santos Dumont Airport, while climbing, the pilot reported technical problems and elected to return when control was lost. The twin engine airplane crashed in a field near the airport and was destroyed. All three occupants, one pilot and two engineers, were killed.

Circumstances:
The twin engine airplane was engaged in a local aerial photogrammetry mission, taking part to the Rio Acaraú project. In flight, the airplane went out of control and crashed in a wooded area. The airplane was totally destroyed and all four occupants were killed, two crew members and two engineers. Henrique Presgrave, the navigator, was one of the co-founder of Prospec.

Probable cause:
It is believed that the loss of control was the consequence of an aileron failure in flight.

Circumstances:
The twin engine airplane departed Belo Horizonte-Pampulha Airport on a photogrammetry flight to Caratinga, Minas Gerais. Just after liftoff, while in initial climb, the airplane lost height, crashed on a bulldozer parked near the runway end and burst into flames. All four occupants were killed.
