Circumstances:
The crew was performing a flight from Heringsdorf to Kamenz with an intermediate stop at Neuhardenberg-Marxwalde Airbase located about 60 km northeast from Berlin. On final approach, the captain instructed the copilot to take over control of the aircraft. The copilot failed to comply with procedures and, from a height of 100 meters, he lost control of the airplane that stalled and crashed short of runway. Both pilots were injured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from Kamenz Airport, while climbing to a height of 50 meters, the engine failed. The airplane lost height, struck tree tops and crashed. The student pilot Wilfried Stein was slightly injured while the instructor Andreas Barth escaped uninjured.
Probable cause:
It is believed that the engine failed during initial climb because the fuel selector was switched off (OFF position).

Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in a weather observation mission. After takeoff from Dessau Airport, instead of climbing and flying under IFR, the captain decided to continue under VFR mode below the clouds and in limited visibility. Ten minutes later, while cruising at an altitude of 500 feet, the airplane struck with its right wing the chimney of a metallurgical complexe and crashed in flames. All six crew members and one person on the ground were killed.
