The single engine airplane departed Bissett that morning on a charter flight to a lodge located at Family Lake, with two passengers and a pilot on board. While approaching, the airplane clipped a tree, crashed into the lake and sank about 280 km northeast of Winnipeg. The aircraft was lost and all three occupants were killed.

During the takeoff roll, the crew encountered an unexpected situation, decided to abandon the procedure and initiated an emergency braking maneuver. Unable to stop within the remaining distance, the aircraft overran and came to a halt in an area of dry grass where a fire broke out. All 10 occupants evacuated the cabin and were unhurt while the aircraft was destroyed by fire.

En route, it crashed on the slope of a mountain located north of Mayo Lake, about 45 km northeast of Mayo Airport. The wreckage was spotted an hour later and both occupants were killed.

The airplane departed Oslo-Gardermoen Airport around 2330LT on August 5, carrying seven members of the P!nk pop band and three crew members. On short final to runway 10R at Aarhus-Tirstrup Airport (EKAH) and with visual contact to the runway system, the flight crew descended below the glide path and deactivated a software safety barrier leading to a collision with the antenna mast system of the localizer for runway 28L. The accident occurred in dark night and under Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC). The singer P!nk was not on board.

The single engine airplane was chartered by a provider based in Crossroads Lake (near Churchill Falls reservoir) to fly four fisherman and two guides to Mistastin Lake, Labrador. The aircraft was supposed to leave Crossroads Lake at 0700LT but the departure was postponed to 1000LT due to low ceiling. Several attempts to contact the pilot failed during the day and the SAR center based in Trenton was alerted. The wreckage was found few hours later at the bottom of the lake, about a nautical mile from the shore. Three people were found dead while four other occupants, including the pilot, were not found after five days of intensive search. A week later, authorities confirmed all seven occupants died.

The single engine airplane departed Ketchikan-Waterfront Seaplane Base in the morning on an on-demand sightseeing flight over the Misty Fjords, carrying 10 tourists who had been on a Royal Princess cruise ship that left Vancouver on May 11. While flying over the George Inlet at an altitude of 3,200 - 3,300 feet, after descending from 3,800 feet, the airplane collided with a Mountain Air Service De Havilland DHC-2 Beaver registered N952DB that was carrying five passengers and a pilot. The Beaver crashed into the sea and all five occupants were killed. On board the Otter, a passenger was killed while 10 other occupants were injured. At the time of the accident, sky was high overcast.
