Circumstances:
On approach to Voi Airport, the twin engine aircraft struck the slope of Mt Irima located about 9 km north from runway 18 threshold. All four occupants were killed. Registration unconfirmed.

While flying in poor weather conditions on an international flight from Mombasa, the aircraft hit the slope of Mt Sangalla Hills located south of Voi. All eight crew members were killed.

Circumstances:
After departure from Voi, the pilot completed two circuits around the airport. Suddenly, it entered a dive and crashed into the ground, bursting into flames. Both occupants, Denys Finch Hatton (pilot and owner) and his servant Kamau were killed.
