The pilot, sole on board, was performing a cargo flight from Braunschweig to Oxford. Over The Channel, both engines quit and the pilot elected to make an emergency landing in sea. The pilot was seriously injured while the aircraft sank and was destroyed. According to AAIB, the accident was caused by fuel exhaustion. |
