|
Few minutes after takeoff from Goma airport, crew informed ATC about engine problem and decided to return to Goma. The aircraft lost height, hit a tree and crashed 20 km from the airport. All six occupants were killed. A failure occurred on one engine and according to Antonov Design Bureau, the airworthiness certificate was expired on March 30, 2001. |
