The aircraft was performing a flight from Belize City-Municipal airport to Belize City-Philip S.W. Goldson International airport with 4 US citizens and one pilot on board. During flight, the engine failed and the pilot tried to make an emergency landing on a beach. The aircraft came to rest in 2 feet of water, broken in two pieces. All five occupants were injured. |
