Circumstances
   
 
Chartered by Southern Sudan Air Connection to Flex Air Kenya, the aircraft was scheduled from Wau to Juba via Rumbek to transport a team of the South Sudan Government. While approaching Rumbek airport, crew reported engine problems. The aircraft crashed and burned 45 km from airport and all 21 occupants were killed. Among them were Justin Yak, personnal adviser of South Sudan President and Dominic Dim Deng, Ministry of Defense. It appears that both engines failed for unknown reasons.
