After takeoff from Baradas airstrip near Tanauan town, in Batangas City, the single engine aircraft stalled and crashed in a coconut field, near Santor village. The pilot and 3 passengers were killed and 2 others were seriously injured. All occupants were performing a parachute training flight. It seems that the engine failed shortly after takeoff.
