The pilot was making a cargo flight to Bangor when the accident occurred few seconds after takeoff. The aircraft crashed in a Wal-Mart store near the airport. The aircraft was destroyed upon impact but the pilot, sole occupant, was injured. It seems that the left engine stopped few seconds after takeoff for unknown reasons.
