After takeoff from runway 36 at 0536LT, the pilot was cleared to climb to 9'000 feet. Few minutes after, the pilot reported icing conditions and obtainted the permission to return to airport. The single engine aircraft impacted on railroad tracks about 3 miles southeast of the airport. The pilot, was killed.
