The aircraft was making a cargo flight with material for the national commission for desarmement and also material for Malu Aviation. Due to heavy rain fall, the aircraft aquaplanned on landing and overrun the runway. It lost its landing gear and eventually stopped hundred meters further on. All occupants escaped uninjured but the aircraft was written off.
