Circumstances |
Shortly after takeoff from Léon M'Ba airport, Libreville, while making a flight to Franceville via Port Gentil, the pilot informed ATC about technical problem and decided to return to airport. The aircraft crashed into the sea, few hundred meters offshore. The accident was caused by hydraulic failure. |
