The crew was performing a cargo flight to the capital city Manila with live fish on board. Few minutes after takeoff, in heavy rain falls, the twin engine aircraft struck the slope of the Tagbao mountain located few kilometers from airport. Rescue teams found the dead bodies and the aircraft's debris one day later. |
