On an ambulance flight from Wichita to Dodge City on behalf of Ballards Flying Services, the pilot cancelled his IFR flight plan while descending to Dodge City. While approaching the airport by night, the twin engine aircraft struck the ground 5 NM NW from airport. Nobody survived. |
