On final approach to Dayton-James M. Cox airport, the twin engine aircraft crashed in a field short of runway 06L. The pilot was fatally injured. Vertical visibility was 100 feet at the time of the accident and the aircraft was destroyed by post impact fire. For unknown reasons, the pilot continued the approach in too low minimas. |
