Descending through 9,500 feet in bad weather, the aircraft struck a mountain located few kilometers from Maracay-El Libertador Air Force Base. The crash site was hard to find due to poor visibility and on scene, Rescue teams did not found any survivors among the 30 occupants. Some civilians were on board. For unknown reasons, the crew started its descent prematuraly. |
